This recipe only takes an hour to cook and bake, so it's great for any time you want to treat yourself to something nice.
Ingredients:
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 TBSP butter
¼ cup sugar
½ TBSP Instant coffee powder
1 egg
(Optional) raspberries
(Optional) powdered sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 Fahrenheit
2. Melt your butter in a large saucepan. If you want to, you can brown the butter a little bit to get a richer taste. Just be careful: If your butter burns, goodbye cake.
3. After your butter is good, slowly add in your chocolate and stir. When it's all melted, take the saucepan off heat.
4. Add in your egg. Though if you add it in too early, you will end up with Mini Chocolate Scrambled eggs.
5. Stir your eggs quickly until your batter is the consistency of pudding.
6. Add in your sugar and instant coffee.
7. If desired, add in your raspberries and stir.
8. Pour you into your pan. Try and aim for an inch of thickness.
9. Cook your batter for 35 minutes.
10. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
